Cinnamon Ornaments

You should smell my house right now... Yum. Kenadi and I made these cinnamon ornaments today, and they are fun, simple, and smell so good!

1 C cinnamon
1 C applesauce (not homemade)
1 T glue ( I used a lot more, and it worked better)

Mix together well, should be the consistancy of thick cookie dough. You can also add other spices to it, like 1 T each of nutmeg, allspice, clove powder, etc. OR, even glitter. Then you roll it out and use cookie cutters to cut it out. Use a straw to cut a hole in the top so you can thread ribbon through them when they are dry. Put them on a baking sheet and bake at 220 for 20 min and then turn them over and bake for another 20 min. Take them out and let them continue drying over night. You will probably have to continue flipping them so they don't curl.
Have fun!

What a cute idea! You're such a domestic diva!

Oh and to answer your question, I'm 18 weeks along - on Christmas day I'll be exactly 20 weeks!
