Squash

I am officially tired of zucchini and yellow squash! I seriously can't eat it anymore. So... I pulled out my yellow squash plant (sad, I know, because it was so beautiful and doing so well!) because it was growing over other plants and I needed room for them. I found a huge cucumber, and millions of little ones! We are going to make pickles and hopefully they turn out crunchy. Any good recipes anyone? I also found cute cantaloupe and watermelon growing under there! Bye-bye squash!

I didn't know you were a gardner. We are hoping to put in a garden here in San Diego. Thus far, we've planted a grapefruit tree, apple tree and a mandarin orange tree.

Funny! Zucchini and yellow squash are the two things that I really dislike in our garden, but we HAVE to grow them anyway because Kody likes them. We still haven't gotten anything from our garden. I can't believe you're already pulling stuff up!

We have an old family recipe for pickles, although I have no idea where it is with all of these boxes around. I'll look for it and send it your way if I ever find it! Your garden is awesome!
